Digital Butik collaborates with a number of selected service providers, whose services and solutions complement ours, facilitate and improve them. These are server hosting and co-location services, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and information security services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention, web analytics, email distribution and tracking services, session logging and remote access services, performance measurement, data optimization and marketing services, content providers and our legal advisers and financial (collectively, "Third Party Service Providers").
2. Digital Butik may share the following categories of Personal Information with Third Party Service Providers for commercial purposes:

Digital Butik may share your Personal Information if it believes in good faith that it will help protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Digital Butik, any User, or any member of the general public, whether or not prior notice to the user.
5. Features of Social Media and Frame Pages:
Our services include certain Social Media features, graphic elements (widgets), individual login features, such as the "Connect to Facebook" or "Register with Google" functions, the "Like Facebook" button, the "Share" button or other interactive mini-programs (“Social Media Features”). These Social Media Features may collect Personal Information such as your IP address or the page you are visiting on our Site and may set a cookie to allow it to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by third parties or hosted directly on our Services. Your interactions with these Third Party Social Media Features are governed by their respective policies and not ours.
6. Change of corporate control:

Art. 5 DIGITAL BUTIK COMMUNICATIONS
Digital Butik may share the User's Personal Information with third parties
(or otherwise grant them access) only in the following ways and in the following cases:
1. Promotional Messages:
We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content or messages via email, SMS, notifications in our platform, business calls and similar forms of communication from Digital Butik or our partners (acting on behalf of Digital Butik ) through such means.
If you do not wish to receive such promotional messages or calls, you may notify Digital Butik at any time or follow the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions contained in each promotional communication you receive.
2. Service and Billing Messages:
Digital Butik may also contact the user in case of important information relating to the Services or their use. For example, we may notify you (through one of our available means) if a particular Service is temporarily down for maintenance; respond to support requests or emails; send reminders or alerts regarding upcoming payments or late payments for current or future subscriptions; or communicate material changes to our Services.
It is important that the user is always able to receive such messages. For this reason, you will not be able to opt out of receiving these Service and Billing Messages, unless you cease to be a Digital Butik User (which can be done by deactivating your account and/or after withdrawing from the Digital Butik services).
We may send you promotional messages and content.
The user can opt for
not receive promotional messages by simply contacting us or unsubscribing.
We may also contact you with service or billing-related messages and content.
You will not be able to opt out of receiving such messages.
Art. 6 WHERE WE STORE THE DATA
The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.

The User's Personal Data could be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located considering that the DigitalButik.it Site uses the Wix.com platform as a hosting service which is in line with the EU Privacy Shield regulations - United States and Privacy Shield Switzerland - United States regarding Disclosure of Information.

Pursuant to this disclosure, we may proceed to the storage and processing of Personal Information in the United States, Europe, Israel or other jurisdictions, either independently or through the use of suppliers

Art. 7 DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD
We may retain your Personal Information for as long as your User Account is active, as set out in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise necessary to provide you with our Services.
We may continue to retain Personal Information even after deactivation of the User Account and/or cessation of use of any particular Service, to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes concerning our Users, prevent fraud and abuse, execute the signed contracts and/or protect our legitimate interests.
We have a data retention policy in place which we apply to the Personal Information you disclose to us.
We may keep your Personal Information as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary (for example, we need to keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our interests).

For Digital Butik it is important that the User can exercise legitimate control
on your Personal Information.
In accordance with worldwide privacy regulations, Digital Butik is taking steps to allow you to request access, receive copies, update, modify, delete or limit the use of your Personal Information.
Before processing your request, we may ask you for additional information in order to ensure your identity and for security reasons.
We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law
(e.g. in the event of an unfounded or excessive request).
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at any time, however we invite him to contact us in advance to attempt a resolution.

We will use reasonable efforts to promptly comply with your request (unless we need more information to do so),
subject to legal or other constraints.
Please note that the definitive deletion of the Digital Butik account also entails the deletion of all Personal Information concerning it from the Digital Butik databases. After completing this procedure, it will no longer be possible to use the Digital Butik Services, the User account and all related data will be permanently removed and Digital Butik will not be able to restore the account or recover its data in the future . If you contact our support channels in the future, the system will not recognize your account and our support agents will not be able to locate your deleted account.
The User can ask to access, receive copies, update, cancel or limit the use
of your Personal Information stored with us.
Just send us an email or fill in our dedicated GDPR form.
The User can also rectify and/or update their Personal Information through their account or site settings.
You can erase your Personal Information by deleting your entire account.
We will respond to your requests within a reasonable time frame

Digital Butik has implemented security measures to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures.
Among other things, we offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of our Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (e.g. credit card number) through our payment forms is secured by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; We also periodically monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and constantly look for new methods and Third Party Services to further enhance the security of the Services and the privacy protection of our Visitors and Users.
Regardless of the measures and efforts put in place by Digital Butik, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information, Personal Information of Users of Users or other data uploaded, posted or otherwise shared with Digital Butik or with anyone else. We therefore urge you to set strong passwords for your User Account and to refrain from providing us with sensitive Personal Information the disclosure of which could result in substantial or irreparable harm.
